A remote controller is provided to further comprise a battery case which prevents a leaking liquid generated from a battery from being permeated into a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), thereby avoiding damage to the PCB. A body forms an external shape. A receiving space receives a battery by being caved in one side of the body. A cover shields the receiving space. A battery case(400) is equipped inside the receiving space in order to be selectively extracted from or inserted into the receiving space while a battery is inserted thereinto. The rest of surfaces except an upper side in the battery case are blocked from the outside of the battery case. Coupling grooves and coupling projections(410) for guiding extracting/inserting directions of the battery case are equipped on each one side of the battery case and the receiving space.
