A reinforcing structure for a sub frame of a vehicle is provided to prevent a chassis frame from being lifted up when external shock is exerted from a front part of the vehicle and to reduce weight and fuel consumption. A reinforcing structure for a sub frame of a vehicle comprises a pair of front side members(110), a sub frame member(120), a center member(130), and a V-reinforcing member(140). The front side members are formed on a vehicle body to horizontal direction. The sub frame member is installed between the front side members to horizontal direction. The center member is installed between a rear end of the sub frame member and the front side member. The V-reinforcing member is additionally connected to the front side member and the center member to vertical direction toward front.
