A private wireless service system using WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) and a control method thereof are provided to locate a pRNC(private Radio Network Controller) in a central office, and to locate pMSCs(private Mobile Switching Centers) linkable with the pRNC in each site, thereby simultaneously offering a WCDMA public wireless network service and a premise wireless network service to WCDMA wireless subscribers existing in the plural sites. Plural pMSCs(300) provide premise voice services or premise data services by using plural node Bs(402) and pMSCs of sites managed by the pMSCs themselves, respectively. An IMCR(Integrated Multi Channel Retailing) unit(200) stores information on the node Bs and subscribers of each site managed by the respective pMSCs, and performs packet relay between the pMSCs and a pRNC(100). The pRNC decides whether a message received from a UE(User Equipment)(34) is a message for a premise network service, and if so, the pRNC sends the message to a pMSC of a site to which the UE belongs via the IMCR, so that the message is processed.
