An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a pixel and a driving unit from being damaged by connecting a ground ring to a distribution line electrically. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110), a ground ring(120), a distribution line(130), and a connection distribution line(140). A pixel unit is formed on a central part of the substrate. A non-pixel unit is formed on an outer circumference plane of the pixel unit. The ground ring is formed on the non-pixel unit. The distribution line is formed on an outer circumference of the ground ring. The connection distribution line electrically connects the ground ring to the connection distribution line. A protection layer is further formed on an upper part of the ground ring and the distribution line.
