An apparatus for burning fuel oil directly is provided to reduce air pollution, to save fuel consumption, to generate highly efficient energy, and to recycle waste energy by burning fuel oil and emulsified fuel oil such as heavy crude oil, used oil, and waste vegetable oil directly through atomizing emulsified fuel oil in the apparatus and combusting the fuel oil with creating water gas reaction and minute explosion reaction by a burner. An apparatus for burning fuel oil directly includes fuel oil(1) contained in a tank(2) is supplied to a burner(8) and a spray nozzle(9) of a boiler(13) through a fuel supply valve(6) and an emulsifier(7) by a pipe wrapped with pre-heater jacket(3); a hot water and steam supply tank(18) equipped with an electric heater(22) is connected to the emulsifier, the burner, and the spray nozzle by a hot water supply pipe(4); the hot water and steam supply tank is connected to a hot water supply pipe(16), a steam generator(12), and a steam supply pipe(15); steam generated by the steam generator is connected to the burner by the steam supply pipe equipped with the steam and hot water supply tank and a steam pressure regulator(21); and a water supply pipe(20) connected to the hot water and steam supply tank is connected to a hot water circulation pipe(4') where the pre-heater jacket and a hot water circulation valve(11) are installed.
