<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle controller in which miniaturization of the device and cost reduction are realized by reducing the number of circuits. <P>SOLUTION: The controller is provided with a plurality of VVVF inverters 59, 60 for driving an electric motor for an electric vehicle, DC/DC converters 57, 58 individually provided on the VVVF inverters 59, 60, and a power accumulating device 50 connected to an output of each of the DC/DC converters 57, 58 via individually connected to reactors 55, 56.
