PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a time synchronous system capable of obtaining temporal synchronization having high general-purpose properties, without the need for special processings for transmitting time information to a network terminal device. SOLUTION: A standard time acquisition means 21 of an SIP server 2 acquires standard-time information from an NTP server 1, and a standard-time management means 22 manages the standard time. The SIP server 2 and a VoIP device 3 perform communication with each other by using SIP. When a registration request from the VoIP device 3 is received, a time information transmitting means 23 transmits the standard time, managed by the standard time management means 22 so as to be included in the time information, in response to the request.
