The actual cylinder intake airflow calculation means 21 calculates a response delay model of an intake system from a volume efficiency equivalent value Kv calculated from a revolution speed Ne of an engine 1 and intake manifold pressure Pim, an intake pipe volume Vs, and a stroke volume Vc of a cylinder 2, and calculates an actual cylinder intake volume Qcr from an actual engine intake volume Qar from an airflow sensor 4, and the response delay model.
