PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an opening and closing valve from being opened due to negative pressure generated by washing water flowing thorugh a washing water passage in the case of discharging the washing water not containing a chemical. SOLUTION: A chemical supply passage 12 joining a washing water passage 11 is provided with the opening and closing valve 33. The washing water passage 11 is provided with a chemical supply pump 13. The discharge device includes a washing water discharge mode of closing the opening and closing valve 33 and stopping the chemical supply pump 13 and a chemical-contained washing water discharge mode of opening the opening and closing valve 33 and operating the chemical supply pump 13. In the chemical-contained washing water discharge mode, the opening and closing valve 33 is elastically deformed to be opened by the pressure of the chemical supply pump 13 and the negative pressure generated in a joining part 15 of the washing water passage 11 to the chemical supply passage 12. In the washing water discharge mode, the opening and closing valve 33 is elastically returned to be closed. The device includes a negative pressure reducing means for reducing the negative pressure generated in the joining part 15 of the washing water passage 11 during the operation in the washing water discharge mode.
