PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional connecting structure, wherein in the case of connecting an earthquake-resistant reinforcement to a veranda floor slab, generally the veranda floor slab does not have strength enough to transmit the shearing force from the earthquake-resistant reinforcement to a skeleton, so there is the risk that the veranda floor slab is broken due to the shearing force in an earthquake. SOLUTION: This connecting structure of existing building and earthquake-resistant reinforcement includes: an upper plate 21 fixed to the top face of the floor (a veranda floor slab 15) of the veranda; a connecting part 22 provided on the top face of the upper plate; a connecting means 23 connecting the connecting part of the upper plate and the lower end part of the earthquake-resistant reinforcement; and a lower plate 24 installed extending between the lower surface of the floor and a downstairs beam of the floor and fixed to the lower surface of the floor and the downstairs beam of the floor.
