SENSOR FOR VIBRATION PICKUP

Provided is a vibration pickup sensor attached to a vibrating element using a coupling member. The vibration pickup sensor includes a sleeve 50, a vibration pickup member 60, a disk spring 70, a stop ring 80, and an inner diameter extension member. The sleeve 50 includes a flat base portion 52 placed on the vibrating element, and an axis portion 54 including a flange 54a at an end of the axis portion 54 and forming a single element with the base portion 52, and is fixed to the vibrating element by the coupling member to form a single unit. The vibration pickup member 60 placed on the axis portion 54 of the sleeve 50 picks up vibrations from the base portion 52 of the sleeve 50 and converts the vibrations into electrical voltages. The disk spring 70 elastically supports the vibration pickup member 60. The stop ring 80 has an inner diameter (d) larger than an inner diameter of the disk spring 70 and corresponding to an outer diameter of the axis portion 54 of the sleeve 50, and the stop ring 80 goes over the flange 54a of the axis portion 54 with the flange 54a pressed by the stop ring 80, and the stop ring 80 is placed on the axis portion 54 and hooked and fixed to the flange 54a and compresses and supports the disk spring 70. The extension member extends the inner diameter (d) of the stop ring 80 for the stop ring 80 to go over the flange 54a formed on the axis portion 54 of the sleeve 50 with the flange 54a pressed by the stop ring 80. The vibration pickup sensor can be easily manufactured since the sleeve 50 is a single element including the base portion 52 and the axis portion 54, and the stop ring 80 fixes the disk spring 70 to the axis portion 54.
