A method, an apparatus and a computer program product that a wireless user terminal controls remotely to execute an operation through the third service system are provided. According to the scheme of the invention, receiving a message such as a short message service message or multimedia message service message and so on from the wireless user terminal through the third service system such as Web service or SMTP and so on; parsing the message to extract an user identification such as an user account indicating the identity of the wireless user and the executing information indicating the operation to be executed; authenticating the wireless user using the user identification; if authentication succeeds, providing the user identification and the executing information to the corresponding executing component of the wireless user, such as client application or mail server reserving the wireless user information, to execute the operation.
