<p>A method for manufacturing CuInSe2 particles is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to enhance production efficiency by lowering a reaction temperature. A CuInSe2 particle manufacturing method includes a process for synthesizing CuInSe2 particles used in a solar cell absorbing layer by using organic solvent thermal reaction. A mixed solvent of toluene and ethylenediamine is mixed with mixed powders of CuCl powders, InCl3 powders, and Se powders(S1). A chemical mole ratio of CuCl powders, InCl3 powders, and Se powders is 1:1:2. The mixed solvent and the mixed powders react in a reaction furnace(S2-S4). In the mixed solvent, a mixing ratio of toluene and ethylenediamine is 1:1.</p> |
