A retort pouch is provided to help a user heat or cook retort food using the pouch, and safely and easily take some of hot, cooked food out of the pouch using a pocket. A retort pouch(100) comprises a body(110); a cover(120); and a foldable pocket(130). The body includes a main storage hollow space to keep food. The pocket is provided at the inner circumferential face of the body. The pocket has a supplementary storage space inside to let a user take some of the retort food in it and eat and cool off the food conveniently. To this end, the pocket includes a handle(131) formed at the upper end, and a through-hole(130a) formed at the lower end. In particular, since hot, liquid soup is easily drained through the through-hole, solid ingredients remaining in the pocket are quickly cooled off. |
