#CMT# #/CMT# The device (300) has a supply circuit (308) providing a bias voltage (VP) on a bias voltage output (310) when a polarity permits current passage between a supply voltage input (309) and a common output (304) of semiconductor power modules (301, 305). Each module has a diode for blocking current circulation of the circuit when another opposite polarity is applied between the input and the common output.
