A device for melting snow with improved performance is provided to prevent corrosion of element and to minimize deterioration of durability by placing a combustion path downward to a boiling chamber for draining remaining water from the combustion path when a burner is not operated. A device for melting snow comprises a combustion path(10), a blowing unit, a boiling chamber(30), and a spray jacket(40). The combustion path generates high temperature combustion gas using a burner(4). The blowing unit supplies external air to the combustion path. The boiling chamber, one end of which is integrally connected with the combustion path and the other end of which is placed in a melting tank, has a plurality of ejecting holes(35) horizontally formed along a lower outer periphery. A bottom plate(31) is sealed at a lower part of the other end of the boiling chamber and bent downward to be convex. The spray jacket surrounds an outer part of the boiling chamber and ejects hot steam from the ejection holes to a discharge hole(43) to melt down the snow.
