An organic light emitting display device is provided to protect the organic light emitting display device from an external moisture or oxygen by using a glass frit layer and a passivation layer. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110), a display region(120), a passivation layer(130), an encapsulation substrate(150), and a glass frit layer(140). The display region is formed on the substrate, and has a pixel region having a light emitting layer, and a pixel defining layer which is formed to have a predetermined thickness to confine the pixel region. The passivation layer covers the display region. The encapsulation substrate is arranged on the display region, and has a protrusion unit which is protruded to be corresponding to the pixel confining layer to be contacted with the passivation layer of the pixel confining layer. The glass frit layer is arranged around the display region, and seals the display region and the encapsulation substrate. |
