THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL USING X-RAY

A method for manufacturing a lower substrate for a plasma display panel using X-ray is provided to reduce a cost of an X-ray mask by forming the X-ray mask in a narrow area to be limited to an irradiation region. A substrate is prepared(S101), and then photosensitive paste comprising inorganic particles and a photosensitive compound is applied on the substrate(S103). A photomask with a transmittance region and a shielding region is prepared, and then the photomask and an X-ray source are installed over the photosensitive paste. The substrate is transferred in one direction to the photomask and the X-ray source while irradiating X-ray onto the substrate(S105), and then the photosensitive paste is developed to form a barrier rib pattern(S107). The photosensitive paste is subjected to firing(S109).
