POLYMER ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED SEAL AND THEREOF FABRICATION METHOD

A gasket-integrated membrane electrode assembly for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell, and its preparation method are provided to prevent the leakage of a membrane electrode assembly and an operation fluid and to prevent the mixing of a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas. A gasket-integrated membrane electrode assembly(200) for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell comprises a electrolyte electrode assembly(201) which comprises a polymer electrolyte membrane, an oxidation electrode and a reduction electrode formed at the both sides of the polymer electrolyte membrane and a gas diffusion layer and has a thickness of 1 mm or less, and a gasket(202) provided with a plurality of integrated manifold holes, wherein the manifold holes transfers the reaction gas or cooling medium of the surrounding of the membrane electrode assembly to the each unit cell. The gasket comprise a plate gasket; a manifold hole sealing part(130); and a membrane electrode assembly sealing part(131).
