A performance maintaining device of brake oil is provided to prevent excessive viscosity increase by filtering moisture and foreign matters inside oil, to recognize filter change time easily, and to perform smooth braking even when a filter is clogged. A performance maintaining device of brake oil comprises a hydraulic supply line(10), a hydraulic return line(20), a line cutoff device(30), check valves(40,41), a heat exchanger(50), a path control valve(23) of a cooling part and a path control valve(24) of a heating part. The hydraulic supply line ranges from a master cylinder(1) to a hydraulic cylinder of a caliper(2). The hydraulic return line ranges from the hydraulic cylinder of the caliper to the master cylinder. The line cutoff device is installed in a region adjacent to the caliper of the hydraulic return line, receives hydraulic braking pressure through a connecting pipe(11) connected to the hydraulic supply line, and cuts off the hydraulic return line at the time of braking. The check valve is installed in the hydraulic supply line. The heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of heat pipes(51), makes a cooling line(21) to be heat-exchanged with an evaporating unit of the heat pipe, and makes a heating line(22) to be heat-exchanged with a condensing unit. The path control valves of the cooling part and the heating part are respectively installed to an inlet portion of the cooling line and the heating line. |
