An incombustible composition is provided to be environment-friendly even if waste materials are used, to be superior in hardness, strength, and water resistance, and to have flame retardancy safe from firing. An incombustible composition includes 1-70wt% of a fibroid organic material, 1-30wt% of fly ash or artificial silica, 10-60wt% of a flame-retarding hardener which is sodium silicate, potassium silicate, or a mixture thereof, and 1-15wt% of a flame-retarding resin for hardening. The incombustible composition further comprises 1-30wt% of any one flame retardant selected from calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, or mixtures thereof. Further, the flame-retarding resin for hardening is phenol resin or melamin resin. |
