<p>The invention relates to addition compounds of formula (1): in which: n is a number from 1 to 10; R<SUP>1 </SUP>and R<SUP>2 </SUP>are identical or different and are each a hydrogen atom or a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R<SUP>3 </SUP>and R<SUP>4 </SUP>are identical or different and are each a hydrogen atom or alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and the bridge member (R<SUP>3</SUP>+R<SUP>4</SUP>) is in each case positioned ortho or meta in relation to the phenolic oxygen atom; Z represents a group -CH<SUB>2</SUB>-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-, -CH<SUB>2</SUB>-CH(CH<SUB>3</SUB>)-, -CH(CH<SUB>3</SUB>)-CH<SUB>2</SUB>- or a combination thereof; s is number from 1 to 200; B represents hydrogen, -CO-CH-CH-COOM, -COCH(SO<SUB>3</SUB>M)CH<SUB>2</SUB>COOM, -CO-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-CH(SO<SUB>3</SUB>M)-COOM, -SO<SUB>3</SUB>M, -SO<SUB>2</SUB>M and/or -PO<SUB>3</SUB>MM, whereby M is preferably a cation selected from the group Li<SUP>+</SUP>, Na<SUP>+</SUP>, K<SUP>+</SUP>, NH<SUB>4</SUB><SUP>+</SUP>, HO-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-NH<SUB>3</SUB><SUP>+</SUP>, (HO-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-)<SUB>2</SUB>NH<SUB>2</SUB><SUP>+</SUP> or (HO-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-CH<SUB>2</SUB>-)<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUP>+</SUP>; and Y is a radical of an amine.
