The program (ESP) has a coincidence circuit (PC) e.g. AND type electronic gate, including a determined number of inputs receiving detection signals (po1-cl1) e.g. hand brake, of a member of a motor vehicle. The coincidence circuit provides a deactivation signal (inh) on an output towards an operation deactivation circuit (INH), when the coincidence circuit receives, a determined combination of detection signals corresponding to a specific combination of states of different members of the vehicle, on the inputs.
