PURPOSE: A method for guiding local information using databases of DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) roadside base stations is provided to set an information registration function in the roadside base stations, and to process and supply information necessary for a car mounting device, thereby enabling the car mounting device to receive information within a communication region of the same roadside base stations. CONSTITUTION: A peripheral area building position guiding server(10) periodically commands each roadside base station(20) to register peripheral area building position information by building kind(201). The DSRC roadside base stations(20) register the peripheral area building position information in DBs(202). A car driver inputs building kind information to a car mounting device(30)(203). The car mounting device(30) configures a building kind message(204). When the car mounting device(30) communicates with the roadside base stations(20), the car mounting device(30) transmits the message to each base station(20)(205). Each base station(20) transmits peripheral area building position information corresponding to a building kind to the car mounting device(30)(206). The car mounting device(30) outputs the building position information on a screen(207). |
