An implementation structure of a stop lamp switch is provided to stably mount the stop lamp switch on a pedal plate by using plural holding bumps, which are detachably mated with assembly holes and holding holes. Plural holding plates(7) include an assembly hole, plural holding holes, and plural holding bumps(7b). The assembly hole is formed on a pedal plate(4). The holding holes are formed to be mated with the assembly hole. The holding bumps are inserted through the assembly hole and detachably held by the holding hole. The holding plates are rotatably implemented at both sides of the stop lamp switch. A spring(8) is applied between the holding plate and the stop lamp switch(5) and pushes the holding plate to the outside.
