A calibration circuit of an on die termination device capable of compensating offset is provided to compensate an offset value of the on die termination device easily by using a circuit with smaller area. A code generation part(302,303) generates a calibration code in response to a voltage of a first node and a reference voltage. A number of calibration resistors(310) are turned on/off by receiving the calibration code, and are connected to the first node in parallel. A reference resistor(320) is connected to the calibration resistors in parallel, and is turned on/off by a control signal, and has variable resistance. The control signal turns on the reference resistor during calibration operation, and turns off the calibration resistor when the calibration operation ends.
