A disk loading/ejecting device of a disk drive is provided to prevent a guide hinge from causing interference with other components during its rotation, by an elastic member connected to the guide hinge, which helps to reduce the angle of rotation of the guide hinge by pressing a roller onto a disk surface together with the guide hinge. A disk loading/ejecting device of a disk drive comprises a lift guide(20), a roller(19), a guide hinge, and an elastic member(40). The lift guide is mounted on opposite sides of a main chassis(10) to be movable in a disk loading/ejecting direction, having a guide slot(22). The roller whose opposite ends are inserted to the guide slot is mounted on one side of the main chassis, and moves in a direction of the disk in connection with the lift guide to allow for loading/ejecting of the disk as it rotates in contact with the disk. The guide hinge connected to one side of the roller is rotatably installed at the main chassis, to guide the roller to move along the guide slot. The elastic member is connected to the guide hinge with one end in contact with the roller, and exerts elastic force to the moved roller in the direction of the disk.
