#CMT# #/CMT# The snowshoe (1) has a shoe supporting plate (3) pivotally mounted inside a framework (2) along an anterior transversal rotation axis (16) around a plane unit (P). A movable climbing bar (5) is moved between an inactive position and an active position by pivoting along the transverse axis, where the climbing bar is mounted at rear of the plate above the plane unit. The climbing bar is provided with an activation unit for pivoting the climbing bar around a posterior transverse axis from one of the positions to the other position by applying thrust or traction force by a user with a baton. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Snowshoe for walking on snow. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The activation bar pivots the climbing bar around the posterior transverse axis from one of the active or inactive position to the other position by applying the thrust or traction force by the user with the baton, thus eliminating the need for the user to remove the gloves for leaning and carrying out the manual operation for passing the climbing bar from one position to the other position.
