Outside panel structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent deformation of an outside panel due to shrinkage of a sealer without degrading rigidity of the outside panel by using shrinkage absorbing material and a proper amount of sealer. Outside panel structure of a vehicle comprises a sealer(12) and shrinkage absorbing material(13). The sealer for increasing rigidity of an outside panel(11) is coated in a predetermined region of the outside panel. The shrinkage absorbing material for absorbing shrinkage stress of the sealer is coated between corners of the sealer and the outside panel. The shrinkage absorbing material is made of synthetic rubber.
