A tritium-removing structure of a purifying canister for a breathing apparatus is provided to achieve an excellent state maintaining effect of a stored ice, and a solid and air-tight property of the canister through a one-pieced configuration of the latter, and to remove every kind of fine particle or dust very efficiently. A breathing apparatus includes: a mask, having an intake through which an air is sucked according to a breathing of a user, and an outlet through which an air is discharged; a connection hose, connected to the intake of the mask; and a purifying canister(4), having an inner vessel(5), an outer vessel(6), a filter receiving space(71) which is arranged between the inner and the outer vessel, and a ring-shaped Hepa filter(7) which is inserted into the filter receiving space. The inner vessel has a connection unit(51) in its top which is connected to the connection hose, and many through-holes(52) in its bottom, and is formed so as to store an ice(3) therein. The outer vessel has an inside surface which is distanced by a determined interval from an outside surface of the inner vessel, and a water storage(61) which is extended downwards from the bottom of the inner vessel.
