A car battery activation system and a method thereof are provided to facilitate starting current of a battery by eliminating hydrogen gas attached onto an electrode plate through an application of electrical pulse stimulation for a short period of time before starting the engine. A car battery activation system for improving battery performance, the system comprises a door switch(100), an indoor lamp relay(200), a timer(300), a discharge/counter electromotive force generator(500), and a battery(600). The door switch is installed to a car door for sensing door opening. The indoor lamp relay is operated to turn on an indoor lamp(201) when the door switch is activated. Once the indoor lamp relay is activated, the indoor lamp is turned on by a second relay contact(220) while a power is applied to the timer by a first relay contact(210). The discharge/counter electromotive force generator comprises an inductor and an FET switching element for receiving a periodic pulse signal which activates the FET switching element. The battery is activated by being repetitively charged and discharged by the discharge/counter electromotive force generator which receives the periodic pulse signal for switching the inductor at high speed.
