A laver dryer with apparatus for forming layer capable of further precisely controlling the ascent and descent of an actuation element for forming laver on a laver culture net is provided to reduce a forming defect and a drying defect and a failure by machine fatigue or bad maintenance. A laver dryer comprises: a main horizontal transfer chain circulating on an endless track to transfer a culture net rack; a laver forming device(10) supplying raw laver to a culture net mounted on the culture net rack and forming raw laver; a dehydration part dehydrating the formed raw laver; a drying part; and a separation part, wherein a first and second forming part(20,60) is formed as far apart from each other along a transfer path of the culture net rack to forming raw laver. The first and second forming part contains: a supply container(22a,22b) with a plurality of discharge holes at the bottom; a valve body(25a,25b) with a plurality of valves to open and close the discharge holes; a first ascending and descending device(30a,30b) for ascending and descending of an ascending and descending rod by an actuating arm; a plurality of forming frames(40a,40b); a second ascending and descending device(43a,43b); a rubber bucket(47a,47b); a third ascending and descending device(50a,50b); a sub horizontal conveying chain; a sub driving part; and a track conversion part for conversion of a transfer track of the laver culture net rack. |
