BROADCAST RECEIVER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver which is capable of detecting emergency alert broadcasting when it starts on any channel.

SOLUTION: The broadcast receiver comprises: a tuner unit 101 for receiving and demodulating broadcasting; a tuning list holding unit 105 storing channel information of broadcast stations; a tuning control unit 106 for sequentially performing tuning while controlling the tuner unit 101 on the basis of the channel information in the tuning list holding unit 105; an emergency alert broadcasting detection unit 102 for detecting whether emergency alert broadcasting is contained in a tuned signal; and an output unit which presents the detected emergency alert broadcasting to a user.
