<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system convenient for both an insurance company which provides an automobile insurance service and a contractor. <P>SOLUTION: The operation management system 1 comprises a data recorder 10 mounted on a vehicle and an electronic contract certificate 30 installed to the data recorder 10 to charge a contractor an insurance fee for use. The data recorder 10 records information needed for insurance contract to the electronic contract certificate 30 when authentication of the electronic certificate 30 is successful, varies the remaining amount of the insurance fee preliminarily recorded in the electronic contract certificate 30 according to the operating state, and records, in the event of an accident, evidence information for showing the evidence of insurance benefit payment in the electronic contract certificate 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
