<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate calculation of a patient's copayment at the time of selection of medical treatment at one's own expense. <P>SOLUTION: In accordance with operation of an operation part, storing of declaration information for medical treatment at one's own expense in a storage area and deleting of declaration information for medical treatment at one's own expense stored in the storage area are performed. A point corresponding to an input diagnostic item is acquired (S301), and whether the declaration information for medical treatment at one's own expense is stored in the storage area or not is determined (S303). When the declaration information is stored (Y in S303), a medical treatment one's own expense unit price is acquired as point unit price (S304), and when the declaration information is not stored (N in S303), a general practice unit price is acquired as the point unit price (S311). The patient's copayment is calculated based on the total point obtained by totaling the points, the point unit price and a responsibility ratio (S305-308). Further, according to operation of the operation part, print information including the point, the point unit price and the patient's copayment is printed on a receipt paper and issued.
