PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch die in which height adjustment is easily performed without using any tool. SOLUTION: This die is a punch die which is provided with a retainer collar 33 which is provided freely attachably and detachably in the upper part of a cylindrical punch guide 3 in which a punch body 7 provided with a blade part of the punch in the lower end is mounted freely vertically movably, an energizing means 43 for energizing upward the spring seat 41 between the spring seat 41 which is provided freely vertically movably above this retainer collar 33 and the retainer collar 33 and also the upper limit of the spring seat 41 to the retainer collar 33 is constituted freely controllably, a male screw part 49 formed in the upper end part of the punch body 7 and a head member 45 provided with a female screw part 51 which is freely screwed are provided in the upper part of the spring seat 41 rotatably and fixably and also a detent member 55 which is engaged with a slit 53 in the vertical direction formed in the upper end part of the punch body 7 freely vertically movably is provided on the spring seat 41.
