PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door from closing by itself, and to allow the door to be easily and positively closed. SOLUTION: There is provided a door structure 10 which is formed of an opening frame 14 arranged in an opening section 12, the door 16 arranged in the opening frame 14, and a cushioning device 18 for damping energy of the door 16 when the door 16 is closed. When the door 16 is closed, an adsorbing portion 44 of a cushioning device main body 34 is adsorbed to an adsorbing member 36 by magnetic force, immediately before the door 16 is completely closed. Then a holding state of a holding portion 46 is canceled by an impact at the time of adsorption, and a moving portion 42 is moved while the speed of the same is controlled, by a moving means 48, whereby the door 16 is completely closed by force applied from the moving means 48. When the door 16 is opened, the adsorbing member 36 and the moving portion 42 connected to the same are moved according to the movement of the door 16 in an opening direction, and when the moving portion 42 is moved to a predetermined location, the moving portion 42 is held by the holding portion 46.
