A system and a method for regenerating waste silicon sludge are provided to regenerate the waste silicon sludge into silicon with a high purity and improve regeneration efficiency of the waste silicon sludge. A system for regenerating waste silicon sludge comprises: a calcination heat treatment part(100) for performing oxidation heat treatment of the waste silicon sludge to remove organic matters and impurities of carbon component from the waste silicon sludge; a chemical cleaning part(200) for cleaning the waste silicon sludge with a chemical cleaning agent to remove metal impurities from the waste silicon sludge; a freeze drying part(300) for freezing the waste silicon sludge and reducing pressure of the waste silicon sludge to remove water contained in the waste silicon sludge; a magnetic component separating part(400) for removing magnetic impurities contained in the waste silicon sludge; and a reduction heat treatment part(500) for performing reduction heat treatment of the waste silicon sludge to reduce the content of oxygen. Further, the calcination heat treatment part contains a chamber, a heat-generating body, a gas inlet and a gas-discharging part. |
