A vacuum valve for a casting mold is provided to secure operational reliability of the valve by opening or closing the valve using a pneumatic pressure, and perform a replacement operation of the valve easily by constructing the valve in a simple structure. A vacuum valve(1) for a casting mold comprises: a valve body(5) which has an air outlet(3) formed in one side thereof, and in which an air passage(9) is formed to connect the air outlet and a valve seat(7) formed in a front end of the valve body; a valve guider(11) which is mounted on the valve body in a state that the valve guider is inserted into a rear end of the valve body, and in which a rod guide hole(13) is formed; a piston housing(15) which is mounted on a rear end of the valve guider, in which a piston operating chamber(17) is formed, and which has a pneumatic pressure supply passage(19) formed in one side thereof in a way that the pneumatic pressure supply passage is connected to the piston operating chamber; and a valve rod(23) which has a valve(21) integrally formed on a front end thereof such that the valve acts on the valve seat of the valve body, and which has a piston(25) integrally mounted on a rear end portion thereof in a state that the valve rod is inserted into the air passage of the valve body and the rod guide hole of the valve guider, the piston being operated in the piston operating chamber of the piston housing.
