摘要 A Corynebacterium glutamicum is provided to show enhanced L-lysine productivity by inactivating an endogeneous NCg12534 gene of Corynebacterium glutamicum KFCC10881-C001-0019(deposition no. KCCM 10811P), thereby being used for producing the L-lysine with high concentration. A Corynebacterium glutamicum is characterized in that it has improved L-lysine productivity by inactivating an endogeneous NCg12534 gene having a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1, wherein the inactivation is done by at least one mutagenesis selected from the group consisting of insertion mutagenesis, deletion mutagenesis, and transition or transversion mutagenesis or by transformation of a Corynebacterium sp. microorganism using a vector including a portion of the NCg12534 gene and an antibiotic marker. A method for producing L-lysine comprises the steps of: (a) culturing the Corynebacterium glutamicum to produce a culture material or produce the L-lysine in cells; and (b) recovering the L-lysine from the culture material. Further, the Corynebacterium glutamicum is sorted by being cultivated in the presence of the antibiotic.
