<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server computer system which uses a USB device having a function for generating ID, time and positioning information simultaneously with a fingerprint authentication and for sending the information to a PC host, and has a function for managing work hours of temporary employees and a function for managing business trips/work time periods thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A control program is embedded in the USB device and collects data on a standard time radio wave/GPS positioning simultaneously with a fingerprint authentication of the user. The collected data can be transmitted to a server of a center by a personal computer at the site where the user is located. The Internet is used as a transmission method, but a technology having a higher security level, such as a VPN, is used. This enables the user to access the server computer system of the center side with a higher security level. The center server stores personal ID/time/positioning information in a database and provides a work time sheet/work report, etc. In addition, the server monitors clock-in time points at any time, and issues a warning to each site if vacancy occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
