<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil conditioner capable of conditioning soft silt-based cohesive soil, enabling itself to be used in the form of a recycled one and high in energy efficiency, to provide a soil-conditioning method, and to provide conditioned soil, and also to provide such a soil conditioner and such a soil-conditioning method suitable for conditioning Bihoku stratum zone-forming cohesive soil of Hiroshima prefecture, Japan, origin. <P>SOLUTION: The soil conditioner comprises quicklime and iron-and-steel slag, being such that the mass of the quicklime and the total mass of the quicklime and the iron-and-steel slag to be added to 1 m<SP>3</SP>of silt-based cohesive soil are 10 kg or more and 25-70 kg, respectively; wherein, as the silt-based cohesive soil, Bihoku stratum zone-forming cohesive soil of Hiroshima prefecture, Japan, origin comprised of soft marine stratum can be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
