PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm easily carrying out grouping, even for radio transmission and reception. SOLUTION: A newly installed alarm transmits a call and response signal that includes a first address, set beforehand to the newly installed alarm, when the intensity of signal included in a received initial response signal is judged to be second threshold or higher. When an already installed alarm receives a call application signal, while transmitting a response signal for call application including the first address and all the second addresses, the first address included in the received call application signal is stored as the second address for grouping. When the newly installed alarm receives the response signal for call application from the alarm installed already, the first address and the second address included in the response signal for call application are stored as the second address for grouping.
