PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing panel using a frame body of the soundproofing panel, free from deformation involved in stacking of the frame bodies made of a light metal material and easy for handling during storage and transportation. SOLUTION: The soundproofing panel includes: a fitting part 14 having a groove 13 wherein a panel body 12 is fitted into the inner periphery of a frame body 11 formed into a square frame shape; a hollow reinforcing frame part 16 disposed on the rear side of the fitting part and extending along the inner periphery of the frame body; a side wall part 18 disposed on the outer periphery of the frame body and extending to the rear direction so as to be orthogonal to the fitting part; a projecting edge part 19 disposed at the end part of the side wall part; and a stepped part 20 disposed between the fitting part and the side wall part. When a plurality of frame bodies are stacked together with the panel bodies disposed laterally, they are engaged with each other at the stepped parts and positioned, forming a first overlap fitting portion 15a on the front side of the frame body, a second overlap fitting portion 16b on the rear side of the stepped part, a third overlap fitting portion 17a on the front side of the stepped part, and a fourth overlap fitting portion 19a on the rear side of the projecting edge part. When the frame bodies are stacked together, the first and the second overlap fitting portions are overlapped, and the third and the fourth overlap fitting portions are overlapped with each other respectively.
