PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reception sensitivity from being rapidly deteriorated when moving to a peripheral cell by handover by selecting a frequency in consideration of the frequency of the peripheral cell. SOLUTION: An RF unit 102 down-converts a signal received by an antenna 101 from a radio frequency to a baseband frequency. A frequency selection unit 106 selects a camera clock frequency based on receiving channel information stored in a memory 103. A timing control unit 108 multiplies and frequency-divides a reference clock. A timing control unit 110 further multiplies and frequency-divides a clock generated by the timing control unit 108 to generate an operating clock of the camera clock frequency.
