PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation and waterproof effects of a television receiver assumed to be used outdoors. SOLUTION: The television receiver includes a fore cabinet 10 where an image reception unit is arranged and a rear cabinet 11 which radiates heat from the inside. The rear cabinet 11 has a sealing plate 4 which is exposed outward having a fin 33 formed and then covers a rear frame 3 and an opening 31 of the rear frame 3. The rear frame 3 is constituted by joining metallic rear frame constituting pieces 30 and 30 to one another and the fin 33 is formed integrally with the rear frame constituting piece 30.
