PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in tone drop-out of a speaker by using an existing arrangement without a specific acoustic path design. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal having a display portion 5 and an operation portion 8 on surfaces of cases 4 and 7 has a camera portion 10 whose photographing direction is almost opposite to a display direction of the display portion 5 on a prominent portion 10a placed on a backside of the case 7, and a speaker 11 with a sound emitting hole placed adjacently to the prominent portion 10a on a backside of the case 7.
