PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voucher management program, an image forming apparatus and a voucher management system, wherein information is easily registered and reliability of the information is secured. SOLUTION: A complex machine 100 receives voucher information, user information and voucher management server information at a registration destination registered in a voucher management server 200 using a client PC 210 based on a voucher object and thus, the complex machine 100 creates code information including these pieces of information. The complex machine 100 prints, outputs a form to which the created code information is imparted and creates an image picture by reading a printed matter formed by adhering vouchers together. In addition, the voucher information registered in the voucher management server 200 is acquired based on the user information and the voucher management server information included in the code information and true-false is confirmed by comparing the voucher information with the created image picture.
