PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed allowing a user to comfortably rest without feeling cold. SOLUTION: The heat-insulated cooling bed 10 includes a bed body 12, a heat-insulating Peltier element 22 and a driving device 26. When the heat-insulating Peltier element 22 is driven by the driving device 26, the heat-insulating Peltier element 22 warms an upper part 18 of the bed body 12. With this structure, when the resting person lying on the upper part 18 of the bed body 12 feels cold, the body of the resting person is warmed, and therefore, the resting person can comfortably rest without feeling cold.
