A cover in the form of a roller blind in which the winding shaft (4) supports the roller blind (3) in the tailgate (2).The winding shaft (4) can alternatively be in the floor region of the cargo space with a height-displaceable roller-blind off-set device (7) above this region in its path between the winding shaft (4) and the releasably fixable free-end in the off-set direction. With the winding shaft (4) arranged in the tailgate (2), a height-adjustable fixture bearing (5) in the region of the seating arrangement allows releasable fixture of the roller blind free-end.
